Fees & Payment

Counseling and psychotherapy services are charged at an hourly rate of $150, unless otherwise arranged. Clients receive a monthly statement for services during the previous month, and payment by cash or check is expected as soon as possible thereafter. Dr. Rochmes does not accept credit cards.

In cases where the fee is not affordable, it may be possible to work out a fee adjustment or payment installment plan.

Dr. Rochmes bills Medicare directly for services to clients who have Medicare Part B. In the absence of a Medicare Supplement or Medi-gap plan, clients are responsible for the co-payment.

Clients who have other insurance which covers mental health services may at their discretion submit statements to their insurance carrier for reimbursement.
